BIOGRAPHY
Heather Michelin provides United States immigration law advice to both corporate and individual clients. Her United States immigration practice includes applications for temporary work authorization and for permanent residence based on employment or on family sponsorship, as well as waivers of inadmissibility. Heather has extensive experience in preparing NAFTA based applications for professionals (TN status) and for intra-company transferees (L-1 status) desiring to work in the United States.
Heather is fluent in English and French.
