BIOGRAPHY
Geneviève Hénault joined Gomberg Dalfen in May of 2008. Since her call to the Quebec Bar, she has practiced exclusively in the field of immigration, specifically in the admission into Canada of skilled professionals, businesspeople and foreign students. She regularly serves as legal advisor for several Canadian companies regarding the admission of employees into certain Asian, European and South American countries. Geneviève’s ten years of experience has enabled her to develop a diverse clientele to whom she provides highly professional, conscientious and personalized services.
Geneviève is fluent in English and French and has intermediate knowledge of Spanish.

Accompanied and represented clients of the firm at the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.
SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Participated in presentations to the legal community at professional conferences organized by the immigration section of the Canadian Bar Association.
Has been a speaker at several conferences for multinationals and professional organizations, such as Federated Press, on a range of topics including work permits, permanent residency and the steps necessary to obtain academic recognition for certain professionals in Quebec and in Canada.
